Post exam update

Well I don't have an interesting topic right now to write on, so I'll just give you an update on my boring life.
My mid semester exams ended today. Oh happy day! That translates into a four day break after which its back to college and start the pre-production of my semester project film.

In other news, it has gotten really hot and stuffy around here and I'm forced to eat three ice creams a day just to maintain my body temperature. I'm not complaining though.

I want to try out Skype and see how that thing works.

I also have to get back to my story books which have been left in severe neglect the last few weeks.

What else.... well nothing at the present.
I'll post something interesting soon. I promise. *solemn look*

First attack!

The preparation had taken months. The planning had been meticulous, the timing calculated to the very last second. There was not going to be an error. There couldn't be. This was clockwork, it always had been clockwork.

The time had arrived. They picked their target area and got ready. After assembling together for months, it was finally time for the operation. With a flourish and deep rumble, they jumped.

One of them had already picked a target. Now hurtling towards it at breakneck speed, their was no room for error. There wouldn't be. Increasing speed and slightly changing angle, the target was going to be hit anytime soon. The closer the target came, the bigger he got and the lesser the chance of an error got, if there ever was one. Closer, closer.... Almost there and....

Anger

Anger. Clear, transparent and consuming. It’s a weird emotion. It lies dormant in you, waiting for the right time. Waiting for the time when you flick on that switch in your mind, and then it arises, consuming your thoughts, your ideas, your rationality and everything else until all that’s left is that pure, undiluted anger.

Everything burns...

We had just stepped out of class when we heard it; a building on Park Street had caught fire. We rushed to the college roof to look, and there it was in the distance. Thick, black smoke; rising menacingly towards the sky....

Death and all her lovers

Two of my friends and I headed to Park Street cemetery. I had always wanted to go there after reading "Gorosthane Sabdhan (Beware in the cemetery)", a story by Satyajit Ray. And since my college is in Park Street it was all the more easier....

Writing a script

So a friend and I started writing the script for our movie. In case you didn't know,we have to make short films every semester. So this time our topic is to make a dynamised movie. Don't ask me what is is, check Wikipedia.
So we started at these benches we have in college where people hang out. And we started it. Here's how it went.

Coming back from college...

Crowds. An endless, faceless stream of people pouring out from every corner. Tall, short, dark, fair, rich, poor, young, old. Alone, couples, groups. All of them with stories to tell and not enough people to hear them.
